Cat Eyes is a horoscope service operated by Flying Fat Cat(“we”, “us”), the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy explains how we handle your personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Contact: privacy@flying-fat-cat.com.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Cat Eyes, each bound by contract to use it solely for that purpose:

• Supabase — database & hosting (Southeast Asia region).
• Upstash — cache & rate-limiting.
• OpenAI — AI interpretation of your readings.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — OAuth sign-in and optional Calendar sync.

Cat Eyes’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar access is used solely to write the lucky-day events you choose; we do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide this feature.

6. Retention & Security · การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย

Data is stored on secure servers in the Southeast Asia region, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We keep your birth-chart profile and reading history for the life of your account and delete your data within 30 days of an account-closure request.

We do not use your questions, answers, or personal data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Any research or model-improvement use is announced in advance and asks for separate opt-in; you may decline without affecting normal service.

• Portability · สิทธิดาวน์โหลดข้อมูล — export your profile and reading history as JSON from account settings.
• Object · สิทธิคัดค้าน — object to certain processing, e.g. direct marketing.
