1. The Service · ลักษณะบริการ

Cat Eyes, operated by Flying Fat Cat, is a digital fortune-telling platform that combines classical astrology calculations (Thai astrology, BaZi, and Tarot) with AI-assisted interpretation. It is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and general guidance — not professional advice.

Cat Eyes ดำเนินการโดย Flying Fat Cat เป็นแพลตฟอร์มทำนายดวงชะตาดิจิทัลที่ผสมผสาน การคำนวณโหราวิทยาตำรา (ดาวนักษัตรไทย ปาจี้/BaZi และไพ่ทาโรต์) เข้ากับการตีความโดยผู้ช่วย AI มีไว้เพื่อความบันเทิง การสำรวจตนเอง และแนวคิดประกอบการตัดสินใจ ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำวิชาชีพ

เราสงวนสิทธิ์ปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงฟีเจอร์ได้ตลอดเวลา โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วัน ในกรณีเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญ

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities · คุณสมบัติและความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้

You must be 18 or olderto register. Ages 13–17 may use the service under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision and consent. You are responsible for your account security and must tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

คุณต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ ขึ้นไปเพื่อลงทะเบียน หากอายุ 13–17 ปี ใช้บริการได้ภายใต้การดูแลและความยินยอมของผู้ปกครอง คุณรับผิดชอบความปลอดภัยของบัญชี และต้องแจ้งเราทันทีหากสงสัยว่ามีการใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ ที่ผิดกฎหมาย ก่อกวน หรือเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้อื่น

3. Credits & Payments · ระบบเครดิตและการชำระเงิน

Some features (deep readings, follow-up questions) require credits, purchasable through supported payment methods. Prices are shown on the top-up page.

• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. — เครดิตที่ซื้อแล้วไม่หมดอายุตราบใดที่บัญชียังใช้งาน
• Credits are not redeemable for cash or transferable. — เครดิตแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนให้ผู้อื่นไม่ได้
• Used credits are non-refundable. — เครดิตที่ใช้แล้วคืนไม่ได้

Refund Policy · นโยบายการคืนเงิน

We refund unused credits only when: (1) a technical error on our side charged credits without delivering the service, or (2) a duplicate charge occurred due to a system error. Requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction, with the transaction ID, via our support contact.

เราคืนเงินสำหรับเครดิตที่ ยังไม่ได้ใช้ เฉพาะกรณี: (1) เกิดข้อผิดพลาดทางเทคนิค จากฝั่งเราทำให้หักเครดิตโดยไม่ได้รับบริการ (2) มีการชำระเงินซ้ำซ้อนจากข้อผิดพลาดของระบบ ยื่นคำขอภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันทำรายการ พร้อมหมายเลขธุรกรรม

4. Intellectual Property · ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

All content on Cat Eyes — text, graphics, logos, icons, UI, the astrology rule sets, and software — belongs to Flying Fat Cat / Cat Eyes or its licensors and is protected by copyright and IP law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of it. Content you submit (e.g. your questions) remains yours, but you grant us the right to use it to provide the service as set out in the Privacy Policy.

เนื้อหาทั้งหมดบน Cat Eyes รวมถึงข้อความ กราฟิก โลโก้ ไอคอน UI ชุดกฎโหราวิทยา และซอฟต์แวร์ เป็นทรัพย์สินของ Flying Fat Cat / Cat Eyes หรือผู้ให้อนุญาต คุณได้รับสิทธิ์ใช้งานส่วนบุคคล ไม่ผูกขาด ไม่โอน และเพิกถอนได้ ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง แจกจ่าย ขาย หรือวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ เนื้อหาที่คุณส่งเข้ามายังคงเป็นของคุณ แต่มอบสิทธิ์ให้เราใช้เพื่อให้บริการตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

5. Suspension & Termination · การระงับและยกเลิกบัญชี

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may close your account anytime from settings; remaining credits are forfeited on closure unless you request a refund within 7 days beforehand.

เราสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า คุณยกเลิกบัญชีได้เอง จากหน้าตั้งค่า เครดิตที่เหลือจะสูญหายเมื่อยกเลิก เว้นแต่ยื่นขอคืนเงินภายใน 7 วันก่อนยกเลิก

6. Governing Law · กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Thailand. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
